Best dive in Texas! Beware of the regulars, they are protective of this place.
If one was to describe a dive bar, all you would need to do is take a picture of a Deep Eddy’s. Cold beer, great jukebox, eclectic crowd. It’s perfect.
The Eddy was my place from ‘78 to ‘94. Take care, J.T.
I tended bar at Deep Eddy in the middle 1960s - it will always be a special place in my world - Thanks, Micky and Butch.
It's a small place and yet I enjoyed it cold beer cold ac Only thing is the jukebox need updating
Best jukebox in the country. Lived there In 78 Hope it hasn't changed. Gerald Rafferty, Baker's Street!
Had not been there in years! Great place! Its got charm
Cold beer.
Used to go there in 19777 and 1978. We were promoting Blatz and Mickeys beer into the Austin area. It had the best jukebox in Austin and the best air conditioning and the coldest beer. It was like being in a cave. I just moved back to Austin and was delighted to see it was still open.
Deep Eddy Cabaret has a 4.5 star rating with 578 reviews.
Deep Eddy Cabaret is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
