I had been going to Deep Cuts for about a year, and have generally been satisfied with the service from Gina, but this all changed on 11/12 2024. I had an appointment and arrived on time, but had to wait, so I began looking at items on the counter when I noticed a small sheet of paper listing price increases. Since the senior discount price wasn't noted, I asked about it and was told the price increased from $18 to $21 which is nearly a 20% hike. This shop/barbers struggle with communication. They will have you sign in but you’ll be lucky if they tell you how long the wait is, or if there are appointments ahead of you. Be sure you ask before signing in and waiting. In my experience, they let me sit there for twenty minutes after I signed in. I finally asked about their availability; they told me it was going to be over an hour wait because they were booked.
