So its early Sunday morning at camp a "little" hungover I decide its a good time to order a prop for my Bass Boat. Get on the Ipad and find your site...Place the order and then notice I put in the wrong address. .. Call you guys Monday morning to fix it and the Prop is still at my house by Thursday afternoon. Great Price !!! Great Service. Thank You !!!!!
A little disappointed. Paid for a specific delivery method, and was not shipped as I paid for. Their remedy was to refund the marginal difference in price (< $4.00) between the shipping I paid for and the method in which they shipped. Which is just more aggravating than it is helpful since the prop didn't arrive in the timeframe that I needed it, so I had to call around to all the local shops and drive to buy one. At least it was a decent price, I'll keep it as a spare. May order from DBYS again, but it won't be my first cho... read more
not happy at all. Ordered parts end of March. for the next 35 days excuse and story after story. At first been shipped get them today or tomorrow. After a week, oh I don't know, jobber has a bunch made up just going to plate them and rush them out, another story bunch of blanks coming in and we'll bore them and ship directly. NEVER EVER HAPPENED! I lost a good customer, told my jobber who ordered them online billing directly to my C.C. and put me in this mess I was not happy with him either.
