Placed an order with them for a new propeller website says will be delivered 4 to 5 days after 10 days I try emailing them to find out where my prop was. Emailed several times and finally had to call them to find out what the deal is. They told me my order was in and was being processed and will be shipped out today or tomorrow. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Recommended a different size propellor than we had and we got much better performance on our Yellowfin bay boat. Great fast and personalized service. Highly recommend these guys!!

Rude customer service. Mike is rude and very unhelpful when you speak to him. The shipping expectations are not what you expect. 4-5 business day delivery turned into a 7 day delivery. I will not recommend making a purchase from here. Shop elsewhere.

I purchased a propeller for my old Johnson outboard. The customer service I received was top notch. They physically checked inventory and I received an email confirming the part was in. I received email purchase confirmation, shipping information and shipping delivery. I loved my experience with them and would recommend them for any marine needs.
Amazing company, amazing people. 10/10 for sure, I ordered the wrong prop on accident and everyone was very helpful getting it returned and getting me the correct prop. Definitely going to be using deep blue again!
