Minimum of 3 hrs actual waiting time and not enough seating for everyone. Seems like they overbook big time. Staff does all the work and lines you up for the Dr to to just come in and zip through what he has to do. Staff does great at trying to seat people and sending them back out to the main waiting area. Patients sitting on counters and pulling stools out to sit on. Every visit has been over 4 hours.
I took my Aunt Nita Cape in for her eye exam and shots today. We always have a great experience at Deep Blue Retina in Southaven MS. Our favorite thing is right around lunch time they pass around the snack cart. It’s full of delicious snacks for everyone to partake of. I’ve never seen this in a doctor’s office before but I think this is a really nice idea and addition to Dr. Cal’s practice and I have told him so.
