Everyone at Deep Blue has been amazing! From the store staff to the installation guys who delivered and installed our new hot tub. I feel like they have given me the tools and knowledge to care for my new spa which is something I struggled with in the past with my old tub. Couldn't be happier! Thanks again!

I absolutely love my hot tub (in my sunroom) and the customer service is beyond any place I have been before. I love visiting the showroom and seeing everyone there! What a great experience!!!!!
I would recommend this company to everyone that wants a great experience purchasing a spa. They treated us like family and went above and beyond. From point of sale to delivery to my house was 24 hours. Love love the people there
GREAT BUSINESS! Had some issues with our 10 year old spa, and wanted a good fix to give us a few more years. Got an estimate for repairs from a local , independent, traveling pool and spa person. Then we had Deep Blue give us a price. Deep Blue's repair bill was 1/3 of what the roaming person wanted to charge us! THANK GOD we had already chosen Deep Blue! You now have a customer for life!!!
We purchased our new hot tub from Deep Blue a few months ago and have been very impressed with them. From purchasing it, to delivering, filling up, and regular maintenance, they all have been amazing and great to work with! Whenever I have a question about my water care and chemicals they are very knowledgeable and so helpful! Very grateful to have such an amazing company right down the road!!
