RecommendedI love the crew at deep blue in Batavia they are and will always be my go to pool store. The staff is very knowledgeable and have always answered any questions I’ve ever had in the 4 years of owning a pool. What I love the most is the free water testing all I have to do is bring in a sample and I’m out the door with chemicals and directions on what to do with them my pool is crystal clear all summer thanks to deep blue
The best service. They came a long way and replaced a Circuit Board for a very fair price. I am so happy. When its time to buy a pool or hot tub they are well worth the visit to Batavia. Thank you so much Deep Blue Pool and Spa!!

They have given my wife and I the best customer service. They have gone beyond what we have come to expect from any other store. No matter what problem we come in with they are more than willing to help. What a pleasure it is to deal with all of their employees, especially my wife's favorite Jackie who never talks to the customer like they are dummies when it comes to problems with the pool. The guys at Deep Blue are the greatest! Whether it’s pool opening or a mechanical problem they are there to help. Fair prices, friendly employees...what more could you ask for? Jackie, an in store employee, is efficient and helpful. We highly recommend Deep Blue for any of your pool needs. Even if it means driving a few miles, the journey will be well worth it!
Dominick and Ken were awesome! They blew out our lines in a foot of snow and took the time to explain everything during freezing temperatures. Their customer service was outstanding, we will definitely call them in the Spring!
we live in grand island (45 minute drive from batavia). we chose them because they were so professional & had great follow through! ( that's so hard to find nowadays). installation was scheduled quickly, they were even here in this Saturday! We compared their price to a price of a local company, and they were thousands of dollars less! highly highly recommend.
