“Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”. I had a terrible bad experience on this place and I came back again to have an even worse one. Unprofessionals with no sense of humanity and urgency, really bad persons working here. Stay away of this service department.
I am writing this review completely furious and exhausted by the predatory, incompetent, and deceptive practices of Deel Volkswagen Coral Gables. Trusting this service department is a massive mistake that will cost you your money, your peace of mind, and potentially your safety. Service is quick and easy. Reinaldo is great! Always very helpful and professional.
At this service center, they broke my armrest—to which the supervisor replied, "I can replace it, but the new one will be just like the old one." Basically implying that it's somehow "normal" for them to break here. It's total nonsense
I had 80k miles performance 5 months ago. Same place. Yesterday I had my edging light on so I took my car to check, 230$ to perform the diagnostic. Okay. I got counted for 2772.05$! Rene was assisting me. I do understand that parts wear off… I do understand that maintenance is not cheap and labor has to be paid. Absolutely. But can anyone provide me a rational on this prices?
