I guess they are doing well enough to not value bew customers..based on their lack of patience
Poor customer service. Could not even bother giving me quote; stated it will be expensive; don’t know for what address; Agent wasn’t knowledgeable; didn’t have any information. Turned my business away
TLDR: fraudsters. Had them for years, never filed a claim. When I had to change information after a divorce it was like pulling teeth to get them to remove my ex. Also, years after the divorce, when exiting my policy they made the reimbursement check out to me and my ex. They refused to change it even though there was no legal contest for her. Banks wouldn't touch it, even with her signature. The lead agent suggested I take the check to a CheckNgo. It took weeks to get them and Erie to send the check with only my name on it.... read more
