I contacted the owner via text and she accommodated time for my two large pups with less than 24 hours notice (not a requirement, but I'm sure businesses would appreciate time to properly staff). Anyways, my husky was so matted from playing near tree sap & it's shedding season for her! They text me pictures along the way & it made me feel comfortable that they were in the right hands.
