They were able to see me a a new patient almost immediately, they have amazing hours. The waiting room was occupied when I arrived, which is a good sign that others agree. The staff is fantastic, from April at reception (who gets a 6th gold star) to the dentist Dr.E and his assist Roxy. I was made to feel at home and really felt like a valued person, not just another customer. I came in for procedures with 2 Major insurance policies. I paid my normal out of pocket co-pay and then get a big bill 7 months later telling me I have 7 days to pay!!! Totally unacceptable. Lessons learned.
