I would not recommend the Lehighton office at all. Jasmine does not care about the patient. She does not follow through on prescribed medications. She never reply’s to emails or phone calls. My husband has been out of his medications for three months. Every time we call they state they will contact the doctor and get back to us. That has yet to happen. Don’t waste tour time with this office.
I’ve been going here for a few months now and I’m extremely disappointed. I had an appointment today, but they refused to take me because I was like 10 minutes late because I had another appointment before that somewhere else. It’s not my fault my other appointment went a bit over it’s time. I’m sure as hell I still could’ve been seen. Plus, my acne’s gotten worse I think since I started going. I should’ve just never gone in the first place. Big mistake on my part
RecommendedMy son is a patient here while away at college. I found this practice extremely helpful. I want to give a huge shout out to Amanda who started the ball rolling, but especially to Beth Lodato LPN Pathology Manager. She is an angel. She took a frustrating situation and stepped right in to help get answers. Beth didn't need to go above and beyond but she made sure that we got answers and treatment. I’ve been going to a different dermatologist for the same issue for years now and always get a run around with him. I finally went to Dedicated Dermatology and I am so glad I did!! First of all, the doctors nurse there was fantastic! ( I wish I got her name)And the doc actually listened to my concerns and took her time with me. Which she didn’t need because she knew right away what I needed and I am so pleased with my results!! I can’t believe I wasted so much time and money on my last doctor!!

I will never recommend this facility. I brought my 83 year old mother to the stroudsburg office this morning for her appointment. We were turned away because she did not have a picture ID. I was told by the nasty girl behind the desk that it was company policy. Maybe you want to consider advising people of that when they are calling for an appointment. I took a day off work, drove an hour to get my mother and then 30 minutes to the stroudsburg office. My mother is on oxygen and uses a walker. Nobody deceives to be treated th... read more
