It is very difficult leaving a bad review for a health care provider because I know the struggles they endure. However patient care should always be paramount in a health situation. After being a loyal patient and paying my membership fee, when I was the most sick and needed a doctor, my messages were not returned and the on call doctor did not answer the on call emergency number. Let me ask... Is a holiday party a good reason to abandon your patients when they are in need? Is this the best we can do?
I am a RN with 36 years experience with 18 years experience with geriatric care. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful as Dr. Damman has treated myself. I have 2 doctors in my family and her disdained and crass and angry demeanor should be addressed. I gave her an honest report about my client and her recent memory issues and she dismissed it as her being 94.
