We replaced an old Dectron system with a new unit and we have had nothing but problems with it. Its hard getting proper service for the unit and the factory seems to be having problems with their software for the controller, In the past 6 months we are getting ready for the 4th revision of controller software. There also seems to be a disconnect between the distributors, the Dectron factory itself and the new parent corp Dehumidified Air Services. I would not recommend purchasing one of their systems.
