Never came back to finish the job and do the touch ups. Was not pleased at all with their work. It was subcontracted out to another company which I was not happy about. They did not prep the house properly and the work already looks bad. After 7 months of leaving messages and reaching out to them their phone number is disconnected.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. We had our house painted 4 years ago and have to have it done again because the paint is fading. They used inferior paint. Also had our roof pressure washed. They offered a 5 year warranty/guarantee but the roof showed mold within 2 years. They would not return calls, and would not honor their guarantee or their work. My son worked for this company and suddenly the owner stopped paying his hourly wage. He gave her the benefit of the doubt and worked another week with overtime. This is 3 weeks now and they did not pay him for his work. Owner kept saying “you will get paid when the jobs get done” Who can continue to work for free after no pay for 3 weeks. I would like to mention what a fantastic job Decota did on our front door refinishing! The turned out beautiful! Crew worked to restore our overly neglected wood doors. Now I just love them. Will definitely recommend. Thank you!!
