I somehow ordered a ceiling mount shower head instead of a wall mount, so I called the day after I placed the order but it was too late to change it. I was told I would get the refund faster if I accepted the package and used their label to return it instead of refusing delivery. It cost me $16 to use their label, I didn't get a fast refund at all, it took around 6 weeks to get the refund, and I had to pay a 15% restocking fee, even though I ordered the wall mount to replace the ceiling mount. DecorP boasts of their sale price while not having the product. I placed an order for a mirror in Aug. 2018. I got an email indicating that it would be delayed until Dec. 27. Now I have learned it will be 1/29,2019. How does a product made in America come from overseas? If they do not have a clear status of a product or have it in stock, it should not be a sale item. Or, at least they should disclose.a true date. They have my money tied up and I cannot finish my bathroom remodel. Don't order from this company.

TRULY AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Décor Planet to look elsewhere. They shipped the wrong tiles and refused to refund me the difference between the (less expensive) tiles I received and the ones I paid for. I have spoken with several salespeople and customer service representatives several times – each time they claim to forward my request to another person or department, and I never hear back any response until I reach out again. I purchased a toilet from DecorPlanet via Amazon. I arrived in a thousand pieces (see attached). I sent them this picture and asked that they pay for shipping to return it. They never responded. Then I appealed to Amazon for a return. Then they called to offer a refund if I would drop appeal to Amazon. I said I would not until they refunded my money.
