They were great. Got exactly what I needed.
I did a little research, and glad I did! This company is local, has good customer service and products that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Not sure about the negative reviews, this just hasn’t been my experience at all.
Avoid
Shocked they're still in business. Inconsistent and unreliable communication that slowed down my project.
Items advertised as new. However one item was not in the original sealed packaging. Mostly likely a open box return. This company also charges 25% restocking for returned items and more if the item is opened. Items were shipped in a soft envelope / poorly padded, Mixer valve cartridge had damage to the screen. Customer service was not very helpful. I will not do business with them in the future
