Great Services and always pleasant
The amount of money my husband spent on a bouquet of flowers for me should of been bigger and more of mixed bouquet. They looked liked cheap flowers. As of 5:00 this afternoon I have heard nothing from them. Very poor customer service. When the back of their envelope talks about a 24 hour guarantee. I even messaged them with Facebook and heard nothing.
We live in Mississippi but family is in Decorah, I have ordered flowers several times via phone and they have been so accommodating and helpful. They attempted to deliver an order for Valentines Day to my mother in law. When she wasn’t home...they found her in town and delivered. Great service and beautiful flowers!
I just want to Thank decorah Greenhouses! On valentines day, my so had flowers delivered to my work. They were delivered but never brought to me, instead just got stuck in a mail room. Obviously, my so was upset that he didn't get to "make my day" with beautiful roses. So the next day, I called the greenhouse, and they tracked down what happened to my order. I was quoted a price , flowers were sent and received. I paid my bill then over a month later was charged more , they couldn't honor their original quote. I will miss doing business with them.

Do not order online, the pix look amazing but what you get is sad....
