Sales representative “Pat” is the most unprofessional, rude, ill-tempered little man I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Surprises me how someone so vulgar still has a job (for now). I have recorded him screaming vulgarities and will be contacting the corporate office, filing police reports from him creating a fake phone number and admitting to it and using it to harass me, and will be filing with the BBB. Avoid this flooring supplier at all costs unless you want to be harassed.
