BUYER BEWARE. They DO NOT stand behind their products. Too bad so Sad attitude. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED by this company that I felt the urge to write a negative review. Something, I have NEVER done. New edible printers that they are selling to replace the Cannon that Bakery Craft had, are really terrible. The ink turns green if you don't use the image right away. Called there today to place a $500 order and explained to CSA that I did not have a catalog and she refused to take order Ask to speak to someone else in customer service the gentleman took my order and was very pleasant in doing so !! Word of advice Deco PAC Be careful who you put in customer service Had I not been insistent you would have lost a $500 order. Can you afford that?
Decopac una exelente compañia he trabajado muchos años con sus productos y sus diseños sinceramente muy profecionales.
Photo cake program and printer are sux i wasted 5 icing sheets trying to get one image on. In the end I have to print 2 sheets and put them together. The minimize tool didnt even work or I could have get everything in one icing sheet. Terrible.
I have used many of these kits and supplies working as a cake decorator for Walmart,keep bringing us more ideas.
