I used do my orders over the phone , but the last 2 times they put me on hold and they hung up on me. Have to called twice to put my order.. now I just created an account to put my own orders my self . Very upsad that they put customer on hold and then hung up on them. Need to keep my orders because of my job. But now I just do it over the computer my self.
