Improve product quality all around
We have dealt with decopac for the last 20 years. They had a different system that you could use for edible images and i guess that system was subject to manipulation, because their new system isn’t stand alone. Every time you need to print an image in YOUR printer that YOU paid for, you need to open the app and connect to their server. This way you can only use their paper, and they track the amount of prints you get. Servers have been down all day, the day before our second busiest cake holiday Thanksgiving!
