i will not recommend using this company, printer sent only print once and show low ink. i purchased new ink and try to use it, then only printing green and blue color. Called in for service they told me because not using it often it clogged. It's only for a week since i started using it. They refused to refund.

I ordered a candle rack to replaced an old one and I never got it. I received other items, but the candle rack was not in any of the two boxed I received. I called and they said that based on the weigh I should have received it, only it wasn't there, basically nothing they could do because I had signed for two boxes, yes but it was not in any of the two boxes. I only received the banner that was supposed to go on top of the candle rack. Felt hopeless, and wasted my money on nothing, but how to fight this?
I purchased an airbrush machine for cake decoration and I paid $250 for the machine, and when it arrived it wasn't even working. When I contacted them and I told them about my problem they were not helpful at all. They kept on telling me to do this and that and when I did everything they asked they asked for even more money on top of the $250. It was the worst experience ever! I will never ever buy anything from them ever again.
We run a big Cake operation and Love the idea of photocake but the printer stops working every few months. Turning into a hassle when you have to explain to 10 plus customers they cant get there cakes that day because the printer is down every few months. It is making me re-think the entire program.
