I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the property provided to me. As I arrived the passcode to the door as well as the lock box was incorrect according to the information sent to me 24-48hrs prior. 3 of 5 tvs were not working. As I reached out to your customer service department I was informed that my family would have to wait until 11am the next morning (in which we would already be out for our day) before maintenance could come correct it. There were several lights out in the lamps, and one was missing the turn k**... read more
