They are quick to come out and install and charge you, but if something breaks, you’ll never hear from them again. We had one curtain installed with a motor and it broke in less than a year. Alex came out and changed it and that one broke in less than 6 months. We called him hundreds of times, texted and messaged him through IG, and he would always say he would come and fix it.
