Cleaning tactics are disgusting. Every week, their staff members use the leaf blowers to blow trash, leaves and other debris into the neighboring building's properties. I've recorded video of them doing these things. I just watched a staff member pick up branches and throw them over the fence onto the neighboring property, despite the fact that there were multiple canisters and dumpsters within 50 feet. I’m on the board of the 1600 Michigan condo association. Francisco and his crew do an exceptional job maintaining the landscape and cleanliness of our buildings. They’re not just a “mow and blow” crew. They take their time properly trimming and maintaining our landscape. As for the cleanliness of the building, it’s never been better!

I am the President of the Vilamur Condo Association in North Beach. Have been using Deco Drive Cleaning for nearly 10 years now when Francisco was just starting his company. Not only are they reliable but there have been times that Francisco has contacted me or the Association to advise of issues while I am out of town (i.e. garage gate being left open, etc...). He really cares about the building and does a great job. He's the first we call upon to oversee other projects.
