Do not use, Giselle the owner of the company is a crook! she will not give you your product or return your phone calls. Do your research online, there are a lot of bad reviews on this business

We ordered a door from Giselle last November, it is now August and no door and no money back. Giselle does not return phone calls, or emails. We are forced to take legal action against her now. She claims that she shipped our door giving us a fake shipping company name, said that she doesn't know what happened to the shipping company! Then she called one time saying that she's sorry but she was sick and has to find out if the door was ever made! She really is something and I cannot believe that she is still in business. Miami is a place of fakes and unreliable people but GISELLE VANDERGRIFF - owner of Deco Design Center - won the crown. She has a store where she sells doors and we made the mistake of buying one from her. The story goes like this: the door came late, damaged and she hid herself not returning phone calls for a week. After tons of texts and phone calls we made she sent us a different door saying that it was the same one we bought. We felt very comfortable with the service obtained, when we were we looking for companies to install our door in miami, we visited many places and nobody knew us understand what really hastle. The other companies wanted to do the doors to your liking practically not ours and so it was that we found Miss Gissell really knew immediately that our idea and need. We thank you infinitely

I bought a $6K hurricane proof wooden doors from these scammers. You can literally see the outside light coming through between the segments of the doors! I hope I will not have to go through a storm protected by these doors. The doors are made of wood that has not aged, so it absorbs moisture and constantly change the size. I had to sand the bottom three times already, just to be able to close them. I bought a $6k wooden doors from these scammers. These are supposed to be hurricane proof doors, but you can see the outside light coming through the segments of the doors! The doors are not made of aged wood, so they absorb moisture and change size. I had to send the bottom three times already, just to be able to close them. They will not answer your emails or phone calls or accept any kind of responsibility. No warranty or support of any kind. Don't waste your money.
