Was once a caring, kind nurse. Once COVID came along? His practice is absolutely a nightmare. So much so that he has been reported for gross negligence of my care. I was in the hospital due to a drug he prescribed. Two weeks later and daily phone calls pleading for help, he refuses to call me back. Instead? Called in refills for the EXACT same MEDICATION.
They need to improve on punctuality, professionalism, and kindness and consideration for all patients. Never will I be going back to such an unprofessional business.

Dr. Matt is amazing. So empathetic and understanding. Always answers all my questions and goes above and beyond. His staff is equally impressive, I cant recommend DeClouet Psychiatric enough.
After seeing Matt for several months I came to him with a problem from a new medication. The side effects were close to unbearable and I told him I couldn’t handle them. His response was ‘suck it up’ This is the last time I will ever see him and I would NEVER recommend him.
