Great job – Deckworx showed up when they said they would and did a great job on our deck. The gentleman who helped us design the deck was really easy to work with and seemed to understand exactly what we wanted. The crew that did the job was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating in spite of working in bad weather and a muddy backyard (new house). If we ever need another deck, Deckworx will be the ones to build it. We would recomend them to anyone.
Disapppointing – This company did some work for us. The quote was good, and the salesman was knowledegeable (I think he was the owner). But the people he sent to do the job were unsure of what the job was supposed to be, and rushed through it, complaining about what they were getting paid. The resulting job was mediocre. To his credit, the salesman/owner said he would fix it, and tried to, but sent the same crew. They were unmotivated and did a half-hearted job. Thoroughly impressed – The tri-level deck we recently had built by Deckworx has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the very first contact with this company, we have been impressed by the low pressure and frankness we received. The representative actually recommended that we make the deck SMALLER than we planned to make it look more in proportion with the yard.
