Mike...looking for A deck contractor...not gonna be you....best clean up your issues....good way to loose a business....sad!
I used Deckmasters and Mike Davin 3 years ago to install a new deck surface and railing. I have a warranty issue which they acknowledged but Mike does not return calls to his mobile or text messages. I do NOT recommend. I also tried calling their main number with no luck. They need to stand behind their warranty. I will pursue through other means to have them live up to their contract but it shouldn't be this hard.
Horrible experience several years ago... I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere! I am still living with problems as a result of poor workmanship. Run away! ADDENDUM JULY 3, 2022: As soon as this deck was installed, the decking boards SQUEAKED BADLY. Everyone in the neighborhood knows when we are on our deck! It has been over 20 years... we still wake up the neighbors we walk on this deck!
Mike runs a excellent business, he does what he says and says what he does, from measuring to design to install, materials workmanship, I had looked into other so called deck companies and could not even get them to show up to measure. Or price or design, he worked every day from start to finish, excellent finished product! Awesome job!👍👍👌👌
Excellent builder. Built our family new, beautiful large, multi-level deck with unique staircase design - on time, on budget --- even when the unexpected tariffs made sourcing our railings tough, Mike found a replacement, secured samples and met the challenge of installing a new rail system & lights. Highly, highly recommend this contractor. Removed our old deck and all materials. Great crew, kept work area clear/clean even when the weather was an issue. Would use them or recommend them to anyone.
