We had a large very expensive deck built 15 years ago by Deckmasters. We were very happy with it at the time but now 15 years later our risers and under support 4x4 beams are rotted. Our steps are falling and collapsing. We have come to find out "no warranty " and "we got a bad shipment of green treated wood" are what we are being told!
