I’ve tried for days to order from here only to not have anyone answer the phone. Are they open or not?
I would not recommend, I placed my order paid 17$ for a meal of 10pc shrimp and fries. Well what I got was 6pcs of shrimp and no fries. So I pulled up and called 15 times before someone answered finally and then I was told I’ll be out there shortly with fries...well 35 mins later and then giving 5 other customers their food I gave up. I have never written a post or yelp or anything like that but I’m definitely going to this time because this is the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. The food and service are always excellent. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better value in Austin.
