Very professional! Just bought new fixer upper home. Previous septic system was unexpectedly a total loss a week before my closing upon inspection. Absolute disaster and financial headache I was in being a single father. Decker went way out of their way for me. Even meeting up at night signing off on my mortgage deadline papers at their own kids baseball batting practice. Decker Septic arrived today on schedule and I met Dave. He was very pleasant, pumped my tanks, performed a backwash on one, and let me use my hose to clean some debris inside the second tank. He gave me tips on proper septic system maintenance and I am so pleased! He's the third septic service I've used and excels far beyond the previous two pumping services. Decker Septic were very friendly and showed on time. They did not do any damage to the lawn when pumping out septic. Good pricing on their services. I would highly recommend Decker Septic if you are in need of septic work.
