Humm where to start. I work there for 6 years and i got to say this place is run poorly you have a plant manager that has know idea how to talk to his employee instead he talks bad about them to other employee. They're real leadership :) also you would think as a plant manager he would know how to run all the machines in the plant but he can't. When i started there i took the initiative to lean all the machines and troubleshoot them from the converting side to the extruder side and it got me nowhere. they have nothing to off... read more

I recently started Decker Plastic a few months ago. The management is great to work for and the place is clean. Everyone is friendly and hard working.
