New management is great — super friendly, quick to fix stuff, and the place just feels better!
I myself have lived here for years so let me tell you a little bit about it. It’s a great place to live. Complex is always kept clean. It has a very nice picnic / BBQ area to relax in and plenty of friendly neighbors to chat with. The newly renovated dog park is a great spot to let your fur babies out to play and get out some energy as well. Stop on by and give it a look if you are considering moving to Baytown or if you are already here and want a new place to live. I can personally recommend Decker Place Apartments.
