I had a home listed for short sale for about 9 months. It was a challenge. I kept checking to see if had been approved the last time I checked, they told me it was approved and I had 3 weeks to vacate. Jim listened to my must haves, maybe haves and didn’t know I needed to have. I can’t speak to how James Decker conducts his real estate business, but if his driving is any indication, I’d suggest staying far, far away. In the span of a single mile, he managed to leave tire marks worthy of a burnout competition, roar under an underpass like he was auditioning for Fast & Furious, and cut off multiple cars like they were mere suggestions on the road. I was new to selling and buying. Jim Decker and Katrina Gonzalez were there for me at every step. Always available to answer any questions. Got everything done really fast. So nice, helpful, knowledgeable. I don't know how I could have managed without them. They are the best! See them first. Highly recommend.
