I can’t speak to how James Decker conducts his real estate business, but if his driving is any indication, I’d suggest staying far, far away. In the span of a single mile, he managed to leave tire marks worthy of a burnout competition, roar under an underpass like he was auditioning for Fast & Furious, and cut off multiple cars like they were mere suggestions on the road. Put an offer in on a house first. For full price. They never even ask if the appraisal came in lower would we pay the difference. No, they went with the.other party. I realize its a seller marker but be fail to your clients.
