Do not bother if you have anything other than a total new deck, and even then the price is a mystery. I called, I wasn't present since I was working in another state, and couldn't even get a price. I asked for cost for composite deck boards versus regular on total large deck and also asked for cost of repair for half. Apparently they weren't interested despite having the compromised section already exposed. Very disappointing and unprofessional. A quote shouldn't be difficult if you know what you are doing. I want to start out by saying what a fantastic job deck masters did on our deck. Before anything got started Becky came out and meet with me and my wife to discuss what we wanted. Becky listened to everything we had to say. She said she could do what ever we wanted and then she told us her ideas and why she thought it would be better.she took the time to come up with a design we both agreed on.
