I dropped off a necklace for a special occasion to be engraved for mom on Saturday. I was told it would be done on Monday. I arrive on Tuesday and it was not completed after being told it was done. He stated he called me to tell me it was not done after he had already told me it was done... But states I did not answer the phone and he left no voicemail. Eli did a great job at making the exact ring I wanted in both white and yellow 14K gold (two-toned). He patiently listened to what I wanted, and called me to say it was ready in just a few days! I’ll be using him again in the future. Highly recommend.
