Man, I gotta say, they fixed my vynal fence gates and it was fantastic. So, the quote was cheap, but at the base of a post INSIDE was concrete (unknown when it was quoted because you’d never know till it was pulled). The honored the original quote and gave me a new post with a metal insert. The guy came out on a Saturday also and was a good conversationalist. Never returned phone call
The crew does good work when they get around to it. Foreman was cool and relayed job details. However, they told me end of September for a deck and they just got it done in feburary. No phone calls or nothing telling of delay. Was told "i could call and ask about delay" when we called for the 3rd time. The estimator must not relay anything to the owner. Also, the estimator will bid u things that won't be included in the final estimate, that is a way they make money back for giving low bids. Make sure you get everything u ask... read more
They came out promptly, gave us a bid and started in two weeks ( we started early). Factoring rain days, they still got it done on time. Great build quality. Ours was an elevated deck and patio underneath. Couldn't be happier.
Both previous ratings are so accurate, if not understated. Their motto on their website says, "Where Customer and Quality Come First." This couldn't be further from the truth. I was treated very rudely and disrespectfully. You would figure a small company like this would be customer focused, but I was treated as an annoyance.
