Company has poor communication skills
This company has costed the company I work for so much money. From their implementation to servicing of the product. From DAY ONE there has constantly been errors, interruptions, breakdowns, slowdowns and flat out failures with the system they implemented. They don't listen to what we need the system to do, instead implement practices and procedures that we do not need, and then the system breaks.
