The very beat place in Naples to go to for hearing care! Compassionate, very thorough and very professional! Truly a pleasure to be treated by the doctors at their clinic!
Went in because I thought my hearing was already messing up because of my job. Turns out, it was just was buildup. Lol. Thankful that there are still honest people in the world that put the client first. When I definitely DO need hearing aid, I will for sure be going to this office. Hopefully it's still on Immokalee rd at that time!
Customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced at a doctor's office. Greeted as I walked in the door. No wait to be taken back. Dr. Thomas was so friendly and caring.
My mom took me to the immokalee road office. I was having problems hearing the videos I would edit, went in for a free hearing test, was scared I messed up my ears and didn't want hearing aids. Found out I just had lots of wax. Thanks for not trying to take my money.
