Very pleasant and professional people taking care of my needs. Choice of products were excellent. They explained the capability of each device fully in order for me to make an informed decision.
The entire office staff was pleasant and helpful. Rachel Edwards was knowledgable about the various hearing aids. She is a good communicator and very thorough and efficient in the process of fitting the hearing aids and explaining the processes. I am very pleased.

Staff is highly qualified and have CCC and/or PhD in Audiology (always check for this when shopping for hearing and hearing aid support)! Also recommend Decibels because all your questions are important to them and they emphasize what you need.
I have been a patient at Decibels for about 6 years at which time I was fitted with hearing aids. I hade an excellent experience with that set. Now,I’m back for a new set.every person I had contact with was most helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient when explaining the product. The staff and products are exceptional. Laura McDonald
