This really is God's Country. It is beautiful.
Watch out for a particular ranger named Bryce Watkinson at this park. We stayed our first night here on 10/20/2019 after arriving around 10pm. The next day around noon (10/21/2019), we decided to go into town to get a few things. As we were leaving, we stopped at the front gate to pay our overnight fee, but the front office area was closed. So we turned around to go back to see if we could find a member of the park staff. The Saturday night summer concerts are SO MUCH FUN! Thank you to the Foundation for these great events
Grew up in Oak Harbor and there is no place like it my brother Troy and I would try and hold our breath every time we would cross the bridge!!! It a beautiful place must visit at least once!!! But promise you won’t want to leave!!!
