Very good and patient
This office has been amazing! They saw my son without an appointment this morning after he hit his front teeth into our coffee table. And they have been accommodating with insurance and have self pay options for cleanings too (we will be using this to save money). The staff and doctor were great with my 1 year old!! They were also amazing during my pregnancy and postpartum teeth checks!
I called yesterday on my lunch break around 10:30 , my tooth throbbing and in pain and thankfully they had a spot at 1! I expected a day or more before I got relief but they got me in quick and painless got to work right away and today they even text to check on my situation, I’m thankful for this office!
Wonderful staff, quick and easy process in a whole. Fixed my broken tooth no hassel! They understood me and let me decide what I wanted to happen with no trying to convince me of otherwise like other dentist I've gone to in the past. I LOVE the way my smile looks now after visiting Decatur Woods, so much confidence that I didn't know I could have. 10/10, soooo looking forward to my upcoming appointment, and making any future appointments with this wonderful staff.
