I am a patient of the sleep clinic and can never get them to answer the phone. I need confirmation that I’m using the machine annually for my job. Every year I have to drive an hour to Decatur because they refuse to answer the phone.
Sleep clinic will call you, maybe wait for 4 rings and hang up without leaving a message. Hard to get outside care also better to use personal insurance and adding it to your VA
I've been awaiting this specific help/study for some time now....only to be turned away due to some scheduling issue(s) and now I am starting all over just trying to get someone one the phone that can help reschedule. Sometimes the VA causes a bit more damage than they help remedy. -Honorably Discharged Combat Veteran
Worst service ever!!!
The rooms are awesome . Have your own bathroom . Between having two sleep studies at this facility , the staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. Us vets have mixes experiences with the VA ; but the staff here are incredible . Keep doing what y’all are doing
