This by far is the worst Clinic in the VA Healthcare system (VA Sleep Clinic). 1. They don't answer nor returned your calls. 2. If you've been assigned a Cpak machine, you'll have better luck pulling your teeth than received it from the VA Sleep Clinic. 3. You'll have to get your congressman involved in order to receive your Cpak machine the VA Sleep Clinic. 4. If you don't have high blood pressure, you'll after dealing with the VA Sleep Clinic. The Best of Luck

I am a patient of the sleep clinic and can never get them to answer the phone. I need confirmation that I’m using the machine annually for my job. Every year I have to drive an hour to Decatur because they refuse to answer the phone.

Sleep clinic will call you, maybe wait for 4 rings and hang up without leaving a message. Hard to get outside care also better to use personal insurance and adding it to your VA

I've been awaiting this specific help/study for some time now....only to be turned away due to some scheduling issue(s) and now I am starting all over just trying to get someone one the phone that can help reschedule. Sometimes the VA causes a bit more damage than they help remedy. -Honorably Discharged Combat Veteran
