This place use to be pretty good but over the last few years it has gotten worse. They push you to another team because doctor leaves but then wont refill medication for service connected stuff because your "new" doctor has never seen you and this is for simple shit like nausea medication. To top it off the wait time to be seen is months...I wish they would just close VA clinics and hospitals down and let us go to private sector. Thank god I have health link oap through work.
Honestly the staff here needs investigated. RNs, not passing pertinent information to doctors, doctors not knowing anything about your medical issues and a total lack of care in regards to medication management, potentially dangerous levels. Referrals never actually submitted etc. IG complaint was found valid and an investigation is open. Please avoid if you can, go to Danville.
