Just got off the phone with my brother, who told me that a woman was rude to him over the phone because he sounds like a female and she didn't think he was the owner of the storage unit 😒. My brother is gay and yes, he sounds like a female. I'm just upset that people don't like to do their job without being rude. He pays for his storage unit on time every month and shouldn't have to be treated that way. I told him to ask for a name next time so it can be addressed properly because that is wrong and not okay.
The facility is wonderful. It's secured, well token care of and the company stays engaged with you keeping you informed on information. The staff is heavenly helpful. I love the service
