Very concerned about this particular practice. I was told by the doctor that I had great insurence and then the doctor start asking if I wanted unnecessary tests and fluoride treatment even though I told her that he goes to the dentist. They attempted to draw blood from my 2yr old for a allergy test and could not get a vein. I rescheduled a nurse visit so my husband could take him and 30 minutes after leaving the front desk receptionist called and stated she forgot to save the date and time and wanted to confirm the appointm... read more
RecommendedDr Ferguson has been our pediatrician for 6 years! Once we moved south of the city, we tried another pediatrician, but they were horrible in comparison to Dr Ferguson. We now drive an hour for care.
Dr. Ferguson has the sweetest bedside manner. She’s so kind and patient and is like a tonic for this nervous first time mom. The office is bright and fun and has 3 different waiting areas depending on why you’re visiting. One or two of the office staff could use either a strong coffee or attitude adjustment but it’s nothing that’s bothered me too bad. In fact there are a couple girls there who have made the extra effort to help me out when I’ve needed it. I’ve recommended this office (and Dr. Ferguson) to many other parents!
They make you wait so long to be seen its like torture sitting there trying too keep you and your kids from going stir crazy!
Absolutely love this practice. Dr. Doster sees my 3 year old and Dr. Ferguson sees my 9 year old. They are wonderful pediatricians. Very thorough and patient. My kids have a great bond with them. They listen to a parent's concern and implement all or any necessary interventions possible to help prevent further delay of the issue. They have never brushed me off as a parent, but rather make sure I am satisfied and agree with the decision made at the end of the appointment.
