Dr spiker is caring and took her time to listen to me and made feel very comfortable.
had a very disappointing experience at this office. I was only 10 minutes late to my appointment, and at the front desk the receptionist for Dr. Hannah Spiker, told me I had to reschedule. Nowhere in the office or paperwork does it state that being a few minutes late results in losing your appointment. As a patient, I understand the importance of being on time, but I also expect clear communication and reasonable understanding. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected. I had a visit with Dr. Stephen Daniel’s team and was given tests that I did not approve of, was not aware of and ultimately was charged for and now I am out over $100. I only went for a routine visit for preventative tests that are supposed to be $0!
I love Dr. Todd, she caring, a good listener, and the most important to she believes in God🙌🏽🙌🏽
