Had this company out on 8-8-24 for some AC work and a consult on ductwork. Since then I have called multiple times every week to try to schedule someone to come out and do the work. The tech who came out was great and fixed some issues, but it’s the office staff who don’t care. I’m still having to sleep in a hot bedroom. Each time I call trying to get service the lady says “ok I’ve submitted your request, it’s in the right spot”. Then I hear nothing. It’s been 6 weeks of that.
