I contacted Decatur Heat and Air due to water leaking from my ceiling, coming from a hole in the side of my plenum bag, which was not located over the emergency drip pan and a giant hole on the bottom of my plenum insulated bag that’s clearly falling. The technician who initially came out misdiagnosed the issue, stating that the problem was a clogged drain line causing the emergency pan to overflow and the hole was not the issue.
